Since 1997, the team at PerfectPlace.Space has been providing high quality apartment rentals in the Pierce County area of Tacoma. A lot has changed over that time, but the basics of being a good landlord have not. Since we opened for business, we have always focused on providing the best value we could to our renters. You will find only clean, safe, well-maintained apartments when you rent from us – and a management team that is there when you need them.

We have been working hard to keep our apartments appealing to modern renters. Our apartments have been renovated and improved, including adding bigger units and wiring for fiber optic access. We offer both garden style apartments and micro-apartments, depending on what your space needs are and your budget.
